The survey carried out in the 1st quarter of 2022 makes it possible to compare the levels of IS development of each cross-border BV through an analysis of 9 sub-dimensions concerning the following 4 dimensions (dimensions used in the context of Egovernance analyzes at country level Europeans):
- Data management governance (sub-dimensions: legislative framework / governance framework / level of implementation)
- Impact of shared data management (in the sense of impact measurement)
- Dissemination portals (sub-dimensions: functionalities, uses, food, durability)
- Quality control/ completeness/ metadata
